We are proud to offer a wide-range of classes tailored to meet your unique needs. All classes are free to our members, and take place in the group exercise room located at our Montecito location.

Some of our featured classes include:

Cycle
As an organized activity, cylcing (also known as "spin") is a form of exercise focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high-intensity, and recovery. This involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Scheduled Times:
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 AM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM

Pilates
Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination through Pilates. All levels are welcome. Pilates support whole-body functioning as well strength and endurance.

Scheduled Times:
Tuesday: 10:00 AM

Yoga
Peaceful method to increase flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance. Certified yoga instructors guide through important principles.

Scheduled Times:
Thursday: 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:15 AM
Sunday: 9:30 AM
