One-On-One Training
Our personal trainers will coach, support and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals — and will develop a specific program that focuses on the exercise, intensity and duration you’ll need to succeed.

Small Group Training
The West Conshy Athletic Club in West Conshohocken offers small group training classes for a guaranteed enjoyable and effective workout in a dynamic atmosphere. A great personal training option under the leadership of certified instructors, small group training at our gym offers classes such as Bootcamp, TRX, kettlebells, spinning, circuit training, core, cardio and flexibility.
-TRX suspension utilizes straps attached to a stationary point, and your own body weight steers the workout. Our certified personal trainers coach you through the workout ensuring proper technique and duration.
-Regardless of the weather, you can enjoy cycling in our temperature-controlled environment, and enjoy group training that focuses on target heart rates and designated speed ranges.
-Circuit training offers elements of both strength and cardio training, with alternating timed stations that accelerate your heart rate and boost muscle strength.

At The WAC in West Conshohocken, we’re your physical fitness and weight loss resource. We offer the programs and equipment guaranteed to rev your metabolism, burn body fat and tone muscles.
